Macro Infotech played a vital role in creation the database of Human Resources Database for Govt. of Karanataka employees working all over the districts. As per the Karnataka Government there are around 6 lakhs employees under with 21,000 DDo's of all Cader from Group A to Z. Macro made a remarkable achievement in collection of data from all individual persons in department, the HRD forms were filled by the individuals, these forms were collected from all the departments of all the districts under each DDo's and this data was captured and created the Human Resources Database with all details of each employees. Govt. of Karnataka will access these database for Various MIS reports. This database has all the details of each employee including leave, pay, deductions, history, savings, loans, LIC policy, Banking, activities and many more details.
